As conference experience lead you’ll be responsible for our upcoming limitless conference in May 2020 bringing together 1.000+ women in a historical palace in Vienna, guaranteeing a full day packed with hands-on knowledge from leading experts and empowering vibes. No pressure ;)

your role

oversee and manage our limitless conference - yes all of it
-
build and maintain the project timeline - strict in keeping deadlines
-
negotiating the best rates with key vendors and leveraging in-kind sponsors
-
on-site coordination from setup to aftercare
-
work closely with all internal teams to guarantee a successful event on all levels
foster account management relationships ensuring their production needs are met with 110% enthusiasm -
acquisition and coordination of event (volunteer) team

agenda & content creation and management
-
scouting the best speakers possible and ensuring an outstanding speak experience before, during and after the event
-
managing budgets - understanding the landscape of costs and ensuring we are staying within the budget realm
-
acquiring and coordinating a volunteer team for the conference day
