Several years of support experience within the IT industry
Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, OTRS etc.)
Dedicated, communicative and service- and solution-oriented personality, keen perception
Ability to work independently and reliably, resilience even during hectic periods
Excellent ability to work in a team
High affinity for digital topics
Very good oral and written English
Good PC user skills

As the new Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service team based in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is crucial to supporting the mission to make financial markets accessible to everyone.
Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:
Dealing with and resolving challenging support cases from end customers (B2C), points of sale and points of acceptance (B2B)
Close cooperation with 1st-level and 3rd-level support
Assisting in the continuous improvement of our support organization
Interfacing with internal and external organizational units (e.g. Legal, Account Management, Product Management etc.)
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
