Here’s what we expect from you:
A bachelor’s degree or completed relevant training
At least 5 years of work experience as Head of Customer Service or similar role within the IT industry
Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, OTRS etc.)
Have great leadership skills with the ability to solve conflicts and set and prioritize goals
Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
Dedicated, communicative and service- and solution-oriented personality, keen perception
Be interested in digital currencies and blockchain
Ability to work independently and reliably, resilience even during hectic periods
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

As the new Head of Customer Service you will be leading the customer service team based in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is crucial to supporting the mission to make financial markets accessible to everyone.
Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:
Oversee, manage and lead and train our customer service team
Set customer satisfaction goals in alignment with company goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
Establish customer service policies and practices and implement across the company
On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set
Dealing with and resolving high-level support cases from end customers (B2C), points of sale and points of acceptance (B2B)
Assisting in the continuous improvement of our support organization
Interfacing with internal and external organizational units (e.g. Legal, Account Management, Product Management etc.)
