We are a successful legal tech start-up based in Graz and Vienna. We have entered one of the most emerging markets and offer our customers (mainly lawyers) a modern cloud solution. The goal is to automate repetitive tasks of our clients, to make teamwork more efficient and to offer a modern digital service to our clients' customers (mostly legal services). At our core, we offer highly secure virtual data rooms, project management tools and chat functions.
To support the growth and development of the company, we are looking for a German speaking Key Account Executive to join our team in Austria. We are also open to remote candidates based in Germany.

We are looking for an ambitious and curious person who favours autonomy over micro-management and experience in B2B sales. If your sales pipeline is your sanctuary, and you meticulously maintain your contacts in CRM software and in person? Perfect!
Fluent command of English and German Languages – both written and spoken.
Do you enjoy working in a dynamic team and are hungry for success? Awesome!
You don't have to open a dictionary for the word empathy, and you can use this skill in sales? Even better!
You don't like micromanagement because you can work independently? Great, we don't either!
Critical faculties and self-reflection are the basis for your success? Great, because we also make mistakes, but we try to learn from them quickly!
You have experience in B2B sales - all the better, but we will also take you on if we see your potential!

As the new Key Account Executive, you will be proactive with a keen interest in build a sales pipeline and managing CRM tools. This position is crucial to supporting the growth of the sales and marketing department.
Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:
Independently research and approach new customers via email and telephone, as well as manage inbound leads.
Holding face-to-face sales meetings (as soon as this is possible again).
Support of existing customers (upselling).
Close cooperation with product management and marketing.
Manage our CRM tool by keeping it up to date.
