your vibes
sounds like you?
at least 1-2 years experience in recruiting, headhunting or a similar profession
familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
experience with CRMs & ATSs
professional attitude & people person at heart
ready to take on responsibility and make things happen
organized self-starter
excellent English
digging online tools like slack, gsheets, typeform, tag manager, data studio and other magic makers
Additional points for:
existing network or interested in building one in the HR sector
experience with mailing systems (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
German skills
your role

design, develop and implement our talent sourcing strategy including talent software systems
screen candidates resume and job applications
conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
research & identify potential partners and contact leads that are a great fit for the female factor
build relationships with identified accounts
draft and prepare contracts and onboarding material
set up and monitor processes to measure partnership impact + success rates
work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns together to attract the right talents
