at least 1-2 years experience in sourcing, headhunting or a similar profession
familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
professional attitude & people person at heart
ready to take on responsibility and make things happen
organized self-starter and can-do mentality
excellent English
digging online tools like slack, gsheets, typeform, airtable other magic makers
Additional points for:
existing network or interested in building one in the HR sector
experience with airtable, CRMs & ATSs
German skills
your area of responsibility
develop our talent strategy together with the founders and the partnerships team
further develop and streamline processes to optimize output
act as the first point of contact for potential talents and clients
screen candidate profiles including cv checks and interviews
active outreach to suitable candidates (via Linkedin, mail, events etc)
draft and prepare contracts and onboarding material
prepare and attend kickoff and check-in calls with our partner companies to understand the need and the fit we are looking for
work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns together to attract the right talents
optionally: research & identify potential partners and contact leads that are a great fit for the female factor

Please note, this job is starting as a part-time position (20h/week) and can develop into a full-time position over the course of the next year. Due to Austrian bureaucracy, we can only employ you if you are registered in Austria. If you're anywhere else in the world it would be a freelancing contract.
