Born in the USSR, raised in Kiev(Ukraine), I moved to Berlin with my family when I was 15. While obtaining a double degree in International Business in Madrid, Spain and ESB Reutlingen, Germany, I had a chance to intern at companies like Coca-Cola and EMI Music Publishing, jobbed at an online marketing agency and as a language and licensing coach at an arthouse film shooting. Starting my career at Spotify 9 years ago seemed like a logical continuation and has been an incredible journey. It´s been a privilege to contribute my tiny part to the growth of this amazing company from 150 European colleagues to 4.000+employees in 79 countries across the globe and I´d like to share my humble professional and personal learnings with future founders who´ll hopefully benefit from them.
