mentoring is invite-based. we invite leaders with an outstanding track record who match our community values and are ready to give back. if you feel that's you, send us your profile and we'll be in touch.
what exactly is the mentoring program?
the program enables the next generation of female leaders with guidance and a solid network. it runs twice a year for six months, and mentees apply for their desired mentor. learn more about how mentoring works.
do i get paid for becoming a mentor?
no — being a mentor is not a paid job. a mentor is deeply motivated by enabling others and having an impact on their life, a bit like a guide.
what is expected of me as a mentor?
honesty and authenticity, and the willingness to support your mentee with the questions she brings. we recommend 4–6 meetings over one batch (six months), online or in person.
