Technically yes, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to use their passion for good and give back to the community with their experience and knowhow. However, we are asking every interested mentors to apply to evaluate if there is a fit.

The mentoring program is designed to enable the next generation of female leaders with guidance and a solid network to support them in their personal and professional development. The program runs twice a year for 6 months and potential mentees need to apply for their desired mentor. Currently we have over 250+ active mentors in more than 15 cities world-wide. To take part, simply apply here as a mentor or check out the program as a mentee.

Please note, being a mentor is not a paid job. A mentor is deeply motivated by enabling others and having an impact on their life as kind of a guide.

We expect our mentors to be honest and authentic, eager to support their mentees with all the questions they might encounter. We recommend 4-6 meetings with their mentee over the period of one batch (6 months), which can take place online or offline.
