Sabine Reitmayer-Wawer is a certified Business Coach, Team Facilitator and sparring partner. She works with individuals, entrepreneurs and teams and has a faible for methods connecting intuition, personality and logic – and she loves to facilitate workshops with the LEGO® Serious Play® method. Her mission is to support and enable her clients to shape THEIR professional life path and doing in a way, that their HEAD AND their GUT FEELING can say “YES! – this feels right!”. She accompanies her clients getting to a career path that matches them AND their life AND their professional ambitions. She supports teams to build their REAL “1+1=3” team that goes beyond functional work-relations and respects diverse personalities. And she empowers entrepreneurs to set-up their best fitting business model and strategy and to balance them as an entrepreneur AND their life AND their entrepreneurial ambitions. If she would summarize her professional “me” it would be a mix of being a “curious and day-dreaming strategic-analytical-empathic-stomach-thinker” with a strong believe in the potential, genuinity and competence of each personality and each system. She is passionate for working with humans on all levels in most diverse business contexts. And she has a strong faible for giving structure & clearity to complex or diffuse questions and for putting their single pieces together to a coherent and workable picture that simply feels right. Sabine’s own professional path is full of diverse stations and moves with plenty of life’s ups and downs - so she really can connect to the her client’s situations. She has a 13+ year management background in strategic, operational & digital marketing as well as in business development. She worked for international FMCG-corporations, local and regional companies. She made a renowned FMCG-Brand enter the – at this time still new - digital 360°-marketing and into social media. And she had the pleasure to coach & advise the team of an Austrian hi-tech start-up (Augmented Reality for industry) during it’s early phase. Sabine has led projects for Austria and the CEE-region and she knows what living a corporate expat-live and “split family” means. For 2 years (2005 – 2007) she was based in Almaty/Kazakhstan and established the marketing & trade-marketing of an international FMCG-company within the region of Central Asia & Caucasus (9 countries) from the scratch. And she also knows “the other side”: living with her 2 toddlers in Vienna while having the best husband ever work abroad. Her latest big move from employment into entrepreneurship was kicked off with her ISO-certification as a Business Coach – and she knows: most probably she never will end moving!
