about eva

Eva is one thing above all: a leader with heart. She is passionate about what she does and does it with complete conviction and enthusiasm.

Her professional career has taken her through many stages, from project management to Head of Controlling at Hilti AG in Liechtenstein to Managing Director with P&L responsibility and several hundred employees in an international environment at Kardex AG in the intralogistics industry.

In all these positions, she has led and accompanied changes and transformations, always putting people at the center. She has been doing this very successfully for decades and is now passing this experience on to her customers and mentees.

Her training and further education as a civil engineer, in international business administration at the WU Wien, psychology at the UZH Zurich, as an executive coach and mentor in the UK and as a speaker give her the professional tools she needs for her extensive consulting activities.

In her private life, she loves spending time with her loved ones, enjoying nature with her daughter and grounding and centering herself through yoga and meditation.
