Kamar Sarakbi is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in multinational FMCG, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for L’Oréal Morocco. In this role, she leads financial strategy, governance, and performance management while being a business partner to drive sustainable and long-term value creation.

Across her career in Canada and the Middle East, Kamar has built a strong track record in navigating complexity, leading transformation, and aligning financial rigor with purpose-driven decision-making.
She has built deep expertise at the intersection of finance, strategy, sustainability, and transformation. Her journey reflects a deep conviction that leadership is not only about delivering results, but about creating impact on people, culture, and operational excellence.

As a mentor, Kamar supports mentees on topics such as career navigation, leadership confidence, executive presence, stakeholder management, and making bold but values-aligned career decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill and began her career at L'Oreal Canada in financial analysis and controlling roles, steadily progressing into senior leadership through performance, credibility, and impact.
