Lenka is co-founder of digital health company Vitadio, which develops digital therapeutics for type 2 diabetes. She has brought Vitadio from an idea to the first non-German digital health app reimbursed by all German statutory health insurance companies.

Lenka leads Vitadio's R&D department that is responsible for product strategy, clinical evidence and economic evaluation of Vitadio products. She is also involved in creating market access strategy and communication strategy for healthcare professionals.

Lenka has a background in economy and data science. She briefly worked in the pharma industry before joining the startup world. Besides work, she climbs and and plays piano.
