We offer different roles to get involved. You can read more about them above.

We differentiate between four different types of ambassadorship:

1) the community ambassador: You have a strong network in your local community, know a lot of people and you're eager to support them on their professional journey. In a nutshell, you'll be recommending the inner circle to female contacts, who are eager to develop themselves further, eg through mentoring, connections or career trainings.

2) the hr ambassador: You have a strong network amongst HR professionals (Recruiter, People & Culture leaders, etc) and you're eager to support them and their companies in finding and retaining female talent.

3) the country ambassador: You'll be leading the female factor brand in your country, being the first contact point for all (potential) members, mentors and partners. You'll be supporting in creating brand awareness, closing partnerships and developing local products.

4) the talent scout: Refer your friends to one of our partner companies and get paid for every sucessful hire. Win-win-win situation anyone?

And yes, you can be one or more of these ambassadors in one ;) You'll get a training and all the material from our side, we'll teach you best practises and you'll always have a person to talk to.

Technically yes, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to use their passion for good and give back to the community with their experience and knowhow. However, we are asking every interested woman to apply to evaluate if there is a fit.

Please note, being an ambassador of any kind is not a paid job. An ambassador is deeply motivated by enabling others and supporting the community.

However, through our referral program, you have the opportunity to earn money through every member, talent, mentor or partner brought into our community. You'll receive a detailed briefing of course.
