Karina is a leadership expert with more than 20 years of experience guiding women through the everyday challenges of leadership. From managing pressure and politics to staying authentic in demanding environments, she's seen it all.

In her former work life, Karina was a CTO and CEO in her early twenties, leading in male-dominated industries long before “women in leadership” was a talking point.

Today, she combines that lived experience with two decades of executive coaching to help women lead with clarity, strength, and self-awareness.
