Despite rapid advances in AI capabilities, adoption and day-to-day usage often lag behind ambition. Employees increasingly hesitate to use employer-provided AI tools — especially when those tools feel imposed rather than co-created (HBR, 2025). When trust erodes, usage drops, regardless of how advanced the technology is.

In collaboration with UniCredit, the female factor is bringing together a small group of senior leaders to explore this challenge openly. In an invitation-only, seated dinner overlooking the Milan skyline, leaders come together to exchange perspectives on where trust breaks down, how leadership behavior shapes adoption, and what it takes to move from AI rollout to confident use.

Through guided, peer-level conversation, the evening creates space to compare notes, challenge assumptions, and learn from how others are navigating AI adoption inside complex organizations.
