For the past 15 years Ruth has been working in fundraising management, consulting NGOS and building up fundraising departments. Now being Co-Founder and Co-CEO of balanceUP, a digital plattform for combining family life and entrepreneurship, her passion is empowering women, especially mums. She is a mentor and honored leader of the Success Circle Career Mums with the Female Factor.
