And a shifting period in your career: from expert, colleague or high performer into someone who gives direction, takes ownership, creates clarity - and leads others.

This workshop is designed to help participants consciously shape their own leadership identity. They will reflect on who they want to be as a leader, which values and principles guide them, where they are willing to compromise, and where they need to set clear boundaries in their leadership role.

Through short inputs, guided self-reflection and exchange in small groups, participants will develop a personal leadership compass for their next career step.
