your skills:
1-2 years of content creation experience
ideally proven track record of growing a social media following or relevant KPIs
excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
pro in Canva
experience with video creation & editing is a BIG plus
used to work with online tools like slack, gsheets, typeform, hootsuite & co
➕ points for:
campaign creation and content strategy experience
experience or interest in working with different content formats: AR, gif, etc.
previous work with influencers

planning and implementation of brand and promotional campaigns
further developing our content marketing strategy across all channels, optimise and implement it to strengthen branding, community and to increase sales
extensive copywriting and graphic design and maintenance for website, blog, newsletters, emails and all social media channels
coming up with on-point copy for google & other ad formats that converts
planning and operative implementation of brand, advertising and community campaigns
build international relations with media and support in international press work
close cooperation with our all our departments especially community and partnerships

increase our following on LinkedIn to 20.000 in 2022 #gettingthere
increase brand awareness and across all digital channels through brand and promotional campaigns
implement a content strategy for social selling strategy across LinkedIn through employee profiles to increase # of b2b leads and % of conversions
increase the % of qualified leads coming from campaigns across digital channels with our digital marketing lead
