As our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Success Lead you will have the opportunity to support leading organizations (we work with cool brands such as Google, Visa, Porsche, L’Occitane, Hugo Boss, New Work or Meister) in their efforts to become more inclusive and diverse, and to enhance their employer brand awareness amongst female professionals. You will collaborate with clients to assess their needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their DEI goals.


Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of DEI principles, practices and strategies, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in DEI, the impact field or employer branding

  • Previous experience in consulting, account management, customer service or sales preferred

  • Strong knowledge or interest of DEI principles, practices, and strategies

  • Understanding of marketing & branding

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English, German is a very big plus

  • Experience in project management and leading teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

your area of responsibility


  • Lead client engagements and projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Conduct assessments and track clients’ DEI efforts and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Co-develop and co-deliver customized DEI training and education programs

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other events to engage stakeholders in DEI efforts

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of DEI initiatives

  • Conduct research and analysis to stay current on DEI trends and best practices

  • Support the development of marketing and communication materials to promote DEI initiatives and successes

  • Conduct reportings and regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction

  • Active involvement in research and contact point of our EU research project for DEI education

Please note, this job is starting as a part-time position (20h/week) and can develop into a full-time position over the course of the following year.


Due to Austrian bureaucracy, we can only employ you if you are registered in Austria. It would be a freelancing contract if you’re anywhere else in the world.
