your skills:
2+ years experience of program development, project management, account management, consulting or similar
previous sales or marketing experience
excellent communication skills in English
used to work with online tools like slack, gsheets, typeform, hootsuite & co

excellent communication skills in German

be the first contact point for all our (potential) leaders
designing personal plans for leaders and support them in reaching their goals
connecting leaders and other stakeholders with each other for fruitful partnerships
redefining our program and offers in close cooperation with the founders and the community lead
support in event management (program & agenda design, ticketing & on-site support)
setting up full processes and KPIs for the year(s) to come
support in marketing activities to reach the right decision-makers
