your profile
ideally 2+ years experience in project or program management
professional attitude & people person at heart
you feel comfortable approaching and talking to decision-makers
excellent communication skills in English
ready to take on responsibility and make things happen
calm and rational mindset, especially under pressure
attention to detail
you thrive in a small team and fast-paced environment
organized self-starter with an all hands-on deck mentality and down to work
experience with online tools like slack, gsheets, airtable, crms & co
➕ points for:
marketing / communication experience
event management experience
excellent communication skills in German
experience with website builders like Wix
your area of responsibility
planning, coordinating and executing our global mentoring program
further strategic development including setting KPIs
be the first contact point for all our (potential) mentees and mentors
acquisition & onboarding of new mentors
support in marketing activities to reach new potential mentees
close cooperation with our all our departments especially community, marketing & partnerships
some KPIs we had in mind for you:
onboarding of 50 new mentors per year
match at least 200 mentees per batch
