your profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time management skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and be able to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

  • 1-2 years of experience as an operations manager, executive assistant, team assistant or similar, preferably in a startup environment

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, Slack, Clickup and other online tools (or the willingness and capability to learn fast)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

your area of responsibility

We are seeking an ambitious operations coordinator to support our co-founders in their daily work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing schedules and appointments including speaking engagements and sales appointments

  • Coordinating travel arrangements

  • Handling email and other forms of communication representing our co-founders

  • Setting up and maintaining operational processes, files and documents

  • Research, preparation and presentation of business proposals (like budgets, product development etc)

While the position is offered remotely, please note, due to bureaucratic reasons, we can only employ you if you are registered in Austria. If you are located anywhere else in the world we would need to set up a freelancing contract.
