your area of responsibility


  • acting as the primary point of contact for potential talents and clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

  • proactively reaching out to potential candidates through different channels such as LinkedIn, email, events, etc. to identify top talent

  • screening candidate profiles, including CV and interview checks to identify the best-suited candidates

  • participating in kickoff and check-in calls with partner companies to understand their needs and the ideal fit we are searching for each position

  • optionally:  identify potential partners and leads that align with our values (focus on diversity and inclusion) and contact them for potential collaborations
