your area of responsibility
acting as the primary point of contact for potential talents and clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
proactively reaching out to potential candidates through different channels such as LinkedIn, email, events, etc. to identify top talent
screening candidate profiles, including CV and interview checks to identify the best-suited candidates
participating in kickoff and check-in calls with partner companies to understand their needs and the ideal fit we are searching for each position
optionally: identify potential partners and leads that align with our values (focus on diversity and inclusion) and contact them for potential collaborations
