As a lifelong advocate for women’s empowerment, I am committed to paving the way for other women, lifting them up through research, activism, and collaboration.

With experience as a strategic thinker across startups, initiatives, and board leadership, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my current roles. I am the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Narwhal Network, a startup dedicated to fractionals—or as we like to call them, Narwhals—those pioneering a portfolio approach to their careers by juggling multiple roles simultaneously. Additionally, I serve as Country Program Officer at Swiss Entrepreneurship Project, supporting startups to scale globally by connecting them with international experts.

I also share my expertise as a Lecturer of Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Healthcare, inspiring the next generation of innovators in this critical field.
