Aytaj is an impact-driven entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of Viola, a mental health and personal development platform designed to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs and align with their life purpose. She has a background in data science and project portfolio management, having previously worked at BlackRock, where she managed multi-billion-dollar funds and served as the first global mental health ambassador for her team. 

Passionate about mentorship, psychology, and behavioral science, she founded the Violette Mentorship Program, which scaled from 15 to over 120 active mentors and mentees, impacting thousands. 

As a mentor, she helps early-mid stage career professionals gain clarity, build resilience, and navigate uncertainty, focusing on mindset shifts, career transitions, and purpose-driven business models. She also has a strong background in mental health awareness, leadership, and startup development. 

She holds a MSc degree from Central European University and Bachelor degree from ADA University, where she was recognized with the Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev Award for high-impact social projects. Outside of work, she enjoys meaningful conversations, behavioral psychology, and exploring different cultures.
