Judith currently works as Retail & StartUp Lead at Google Austria and is a member of the management team there. She has been with Google for > 8 years working in different roles and countries (IR/Dublin, DE/Hamburg, AT/Vie) and has gained a deep understanding of the tech & digital world as well as leadership skills to navigate through an ever changing environment. In her current role, she works as a strategic partnership manager with big retailers, StartUps and organizations like The Female Factor, to see how Google can help them achieve their business goals.

What Judith likes about her current role, is the fast paced industry, the art of making complex projects/topics understandable and crystal clear for everyone and that even though it is the tech business, in the end it is all about the people.

Apart from her core job at Google, she is an #IamRemarkable facilitator. #IaR is a global movement that aims to empower everyone, especially women to confidently express their achievements (it's not bragging when it is based on facts) and challenge the social perception surrounding self-promotion.

As a mentor, she is looking forward to talking with young professionals, giving new perspectives to their business/career, becoming a sparring partner for their challenges and sharing her wisdom & access to her network.

Before Google, Judith worked as a Marketing Manager at Mondelez where she was responsible for Marketing, New Product Development and Brand Communication for the lovely MILKA chocolate brand.

Judith enjoys the outdoors and all kinds of water sports. She is hiking, skiing, kayaking, surfing...as much as she can and also loves visiting friends all over the planet.
