I am an accomplished Leader working for an Austrian Financial Institution.

I have many years of experience in the field of Financing, Credit and Market Risk, Treasury, Bond Issuance, Consumer Lending.

Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working on diverse fields,  holding PM,  Management Board  and Supervisory Board positions. I spent many years abroad: Serbia, Rumania and in Hungary.

This experience shaped me a lot, being  aware about cultural diversity, inclusion and  mindfulness.

I am supporting employee networks, fostering talents,  promoting open, safe, and inclusive culture in my company.

I am passionate about the transformation, data, machine learning and people development.

I care about nature, next generations, bees……

Last but not least, I am a mother of 2 great teenager boys and very much looking forward to seeing how they will shape the future.
