With a dynamic career spanning across legal and sales roles, Erika currently excels as the EMEA Enterprise Consultants Lead at Canva, where she spearheads an enterprise sales team focused on expanding Canva's footprint in the EMEA region. Before stepping into this role, she honed her expertise in Vienna and Munich as a Consultant and Account Manager, coupled with a rich foundation in law through multiple legal positions during and after her law studies in Slovakia.

Starting as a paralegal, progressing to a junior lawyer, and then transitioning into sales and account management gave her career an exciting twist, leading to the most recent leadership roles at Canva Austria (New Business Lead) before taking on the current role leading Canva EMEA sales team since January 2023.

Erika is passionate about professional and personal development, eager to share insights on goal setting, persistence, and the intricacies of sales and communication. Looking ahead, she is committed to building a team of highly motivated individuals and contribute to the mission of empowering female leaders across the world, with a long-term vision of dedicating more time to charity work and community contribution, with a particular focus on initiatives that support women's rights, educations and empowerment.

Outside of their professional endeavours, Erika is a massive Pilates enthusiast, enjoys cycling, networking and a good movie. A fun fact - she loves rock music and used to sing in a band.
