Caroline is a passionate marketer and brand builder. Marketing for her is the ideal blend of creativity, logic and a pinch of magic. 

Caroline has over 20 years of work experience in strategic and operational marketing roles in big corporations such as Procter & Gamble, Merck, Kia and bp. Having started her career in media & communication, Caroline further expanded her expertise into product management and brand strategy roles in different B2C businesses.

She has been working on global, regional and local level. Living in Asia and working in international roles allowed her to gain valuable insights into different cultures and get new perspectives. 

Working with very different people is what Caroline enjoys a lot. Equipped with good listening skills and curiosity about new viewpoints, her mission is to support people around her in finding solutions themselves while providing broader context and suggestions where needed. Caroline is also a certified coach.
