I have 18 years of experience managing large-scale systems and service implementations. I began my career at Northrop Grumman as an implementation specialist, supporting the deployment of software across DoD installations and multiple cabinet-level agencies including HHS, DOT, and Treasury. I was promoted to Deputy Program Manager, helping to lead a $95m a year contract.

I went on to provide consultative services to HHS and other Federal agencies before becoming a GSA Federal employee, managing vendor performance and providing recommendations for standardization as a subject matter expert.

I brought my education and experience to the GrantSolutions program, now providing oversight and management for all of Partner Services functions.

I have learned from my mentors to let go of things I cannot control, and take responsibility for my decisions, as it is my response that is fully within my control.
