Elena Beltyukova is a founder, mentor, coach, and workshop facilitator based in Austria. She works with professionals, founders, and people in transition who need clarity, structure, and confidence in their decisions.

She spent 8 years running The Burger Factory, her own restaurant business in Austria, managing operations, teams, and high-pressure decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Before that, she worked in advertising and graphic design in Moscow, focusing on client communication, positioning and creative direction.

Today, Elena works with professionals, founders and people in transition who need clarity, structure and the ability to make decisions without losing themselves in the process. Her approach combines psychological insight with a strong understanding of how real-life systems and responsibilities shape behaviour.

She designs and facilitates workshops and works one-on-one, often acting as a sparring partner rather than a traditional coach.

Elena holds a Russian education in psychology, coaching training, and a formal background in design and art. She is currently expanding her work in Austria, developing both in-person and online formats for small groups and individuals.

Outside of her professional work, she performs stand-up comedy on stage.
