"Gabriele Tatzberger is the Director of Founders&Start-ups at the Vienna Business Agency since 2010 and is Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of INiTS and, Vienna’s high-tech incubator. She studied Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Technology in Vienna and earned her doctorate from the University of Technology in Delft, Netherlands, in 2008. From 2010 to 2022, she served as the Managing Director of Vienna Region GmbH.
With extensive experience in international networking, Gabriele Tatzberger is deeply passionate about supporting founders, start-ups, and Vienna's vibrant start-up ecosystem. At the Vienna Business Agency, she spearheads initiatives providing funding, infrastructure, and comprehensive 360° services, including networks, workshops, and coaching for both Viennese and international startups.
As the initiator and mastermind behind the international start-up festival ViennaUP.com, she played a pivotal role in its success, attracting 15,000 participants to Vienna and positioning the city as a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
