I was CFO& Real estates and assets management Executive in NRIC until December 2014y, a company with 15 000 employees from the beginning of 2010, after huge and deep restructuring the staff was decreased with more than 3000 employee between 2010 – 2013y with restructuring plan for financial stability and internal structural and operative processes. NRIC have turnover with over 1bln. per year as a budget investments and other up to 1.5bln. Investments from the EU program Transport 2010 – 2014y. I am a Decision Maker, Manage activities and assets value with over 2.5 bln.euro.
When I was appointed as CFO in 01.12.2009y the Enterprise was one step before go bankrupt without cash money, 59 000 000 loss and 46 000 000 obligations for the finished and unpaid contracted job from the subcontractors, 15 000 people wasn’t taken their salaries since three months and the 6 unions was ready for the strike. Since the beginning of 2010y my department starts huge operational and financial restructuring for financial stability, with cutting of subsidiaries and decreasing of more than 3 000 employee.

Have 20 years’ experience in Corporate Management at International Companies. Gave solutions as part of negotiations and connections with financial institutions as World Bank, IBRD, insurance companies, institutional investors, M&A projects.
