Jules is the co-CEO of JERICA - aiming to change how business works globally, using ethical, regenerative and inclusive principles, and currently focusing on the tourism industry.

In addition, Jules is also the Director of a boutique consulting firm based in New Zealand that specialises in strategy, operating model and organizational design, and is also the host of the globally-focused Humans At Work podcast.

Jules was born in the UK, lived in countries in Africa until she was 11, and moved to New Zealand just before she turned 30. She considers herself a global citizen!

Jules has a Masters Degree in Sociology and Economics, and a Bachelors Degree in Culture and Communication. She started her career in sexual health and service equity for minority and underserved communities, and moved in service design and operational management of large scale social services.

Since then she has focused more on the design of organizations, the quality of decision-making and leadership, and the ethics of business and government in a world of environmental crisis and social challenges.

Jules is working on a number of projects, including designing a network of universally designed, ethical and regenerative eco-tourism experiences - taking inspiration from local biodiversity and working with steward ownership and community-tourism models to transition away from extractive and exclusionary practices.
