Karina worked as a programmer, consultant, and trainer before she became CEO of a web developer company and co-founded an agency. After her insolvency and her pregnancy, she finally found her passion in leadership coaching and team development. She co-founded FlyBird with her husband because they both believe in the holistic development of emotional being's to establish happiness and self-awareness. Besides her current role at FlyBird, her CTO role at vendevio and her trainer role at Coders.Bay, she's a mother to a wonderful 3-year old daughter.
