Kiran Malviya is a seasoned professional, an experienced business leader and a clinician with varied experiences across her two distinct professional careers.
After a long stint as the Managing Partner for her dental practice in India, she grew within Philips in various roles across different markets and businesses. She developed into a commercial leader with a rigorous and challenging career in sales, business development, sales operations, clinical marketing, business transformation and strategy over the last decade. She has extensively worked in the Med tech industry to experience the transition from products like digital X Rays to and solutions like Digital Pathology.
Over her career, Kiran has worked extensively with start-ups and early-stage social entrepreneurs helping them with business planning and scale up consulting. She has a passion for bringing people, processes, and product experiences together to help build and deliver innovative customer-focused solutions.
At Straumann Group, Kiran leads the DSO business in the EMEA region focusing on winning market share in DSO space and on the cultural shift required for STG to deliver a consistent world-class customer experience across all their offerings.
Kiran’s strategy of expansion is derived from helping DSO customer’s grow by establishing organizational and portfolio set up required to make the transition for STG to becoming a partner for enterprise customers.
Kiran is based in Netherlands, frequently visiting Basel, and markets. She has been living in Eindhoven with her daughter.
