Liz is originally from Sydney, Australia and has over 30 years of Organizational, Leadership & Team Development experience plus the last 12 years of this leading People & Culture Teams and the most recent role doing this, she is also running her own 1 woman business providing coaching and facilitating of workshops. Her experience has spanned over multiple continents, countries, industries and size and maturity of companies. She is someone who is extremely passionate about creating people focused work cultures where both business and people succeed.
Liz has been mentoring in many different volunteer programmes and finds she brings excellent value by helping people reflect and find ways to overcome percieved barriers, by being a good lsitener and sparring partner and who can bring all her experiences to many younger women to learn from.
Liz feels extremely lucky to be doing what brings her passion and especially in her current role where she has the best of both worlds of being employed and being self employed.
In combination with her work passion, Liz loves to be around people in her private time as well as keeping active, being oustide in nature and looking for ways that she can keep learning and growing also. Mentoring is one of the ways that provides this to her as well. not only can she bring value and learnings to her mentees, but her mentees also bring new ideas and learnings to Liz :-)
