Originally from Vienna, Austria, Margareta "Meggy" Sailer resides in the United Kingdom.

She has gained experience with the fast pace of rapidly growing, global start-ups since 2006, when she helped scale BlackBerry during its hyper growth across Europe and the UK.  From 2010 to 2015, Meggy led Tesla’s recruitment expansion within EMEA. She scaled the then 30 people European operation into the thousands.

Having found her passion and specialism in scaling new technology companies, Meggy joined Lilium in Munich as Global Head of Talent supporting the organisation in building the company from the ground up and increasing the overall headcount from 30 to 400+, ready for future expansion.

Throughout her career, Meggy has gained invaluable experience in advising founders and their leadership teams on building their unique culture and scaling companies from their humble beginnings, through to globalisation.
