Nevena Buzek is a certified leadership and team coach, psychologist, and founder of Nable GmbH, based in Zurich. She has over 10 years of experience in leadership development, having worked in both corporate giants like Amazon and Johnson Controls, and with fast-growing startups. Through her company, she supports leaders, teams, and organizations to grow with clarity, confidence, and psychological depth.

Her current work focuses on coaching first-time leaders, multicultural teams, and female professionals, blending emotional intelligence, coaching psychology (including Transactional Analysis), and practical leadership tools. She delivers 1:1 coaching, team coaching, group development programs, and leadership keynotes across Europe.

As a mentor, Nevena supports mentees in navigating career transitions, growing their leadership presence, designing impactful coaching programs, and building a values-driven business or practice.

She holds a Master’s degree in Education, is ICF-certified, EMCC-accredited in team coaching, and a certified Psychotherapy Counselor. Her first job was in HR and talent development, where she discovered her passion for people growth early on.

Currently, she’s developing an international learning and coaching community, and working on making coaching tools more accessible for professionals through digital programs and thought leadership content.

What she loves most about her work is witnessing moments of insight and change in others—and creating brave spaces for people to grow into the leaders they’re meant to be. Outside of work, she’s passionate about storytelling, crime series, books, and enjoying Swiss nature.
