Odessa is the Executive Director at the Global Arena Research Institute (GARI), which leverages a digital twin of the globalized world for big data analysis on trade, geopolitics, and security. She drives pivotal initiatives such as the Next 100 Symposium and the ReDefine Next 100 global youth program. She also hosts the insightful "Last Week on Earth with GARI" podcast, shedding light on pressing global issues and innovations.

Her leadership and contributions to global development have been recognized through several prestigious awards, including Young Leader for Europe at the European Commission’s European Development Days 2017, participant at the European Forum Alpbach supported by the Erste Foundation & National Endowment for Democracy, advisor on UNSC Resolution 2250, and as a G20 Delegate at the Jagriti Yatra in 2023.

With a deep expertise in migration and new media, Odessa has provided valuable insights to EU institutions, contributing to the development of effective migration policies and integration strategies. Her dedication to humanitarian efforts is evident from her active involvement in addressing the refugee and migration crisis in Europe and Lebanon, particularly through her work in Lesvos and the Beqaa Valley with Salam LADC.

In 2017, she founded the Go Think Initiative, focusing on the impact of media on politics and society, with a keen eye on Central Europe and the Visegrad countries. She also co-founded the Czech & Slovak Club Alpbach, promoting intellectual and cultural exchange, and furthered her commitment to global dialogue and cooperation as a Global Shaper and the Curator of the Prague Hub in 2019.
