Pia Jacobs is the founder of Flowing Leadership, where she helps leaders and organizations build healthier leadership cultures through self-awareness, resilience, and authentic human connection.

With more than a decade of experience in HR, leadership development, and organizational transformation, she has held leadership and consulting roles at international companies including Deloitte, McDonald's Austria, Sanofi, Arla Foods, and Gruner + Jahr. Today, she combines this corporate expertise with systemic coaching to support leaders in navigating complexity, building trust, and creating lasting cultural change.

As a mentor, Pia enjoys helping professionals strengthen their leadership presence, navigate career transitions, develop confidence in challenging situations, and lead with authenticity rather than authority alone. Her approach is practical, reflective, and rooted in real-world business experience.

Currently, she is expanding Flowing Leadership through innovative leadership programs, executive coaching, and experiential learning formats that combine evidence-based leadership principles with horse-assisted coaching.

Pia holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, a Business Management degree, and certifications in Systemic Coaching and MindMirror Coaching.

She began her career in Human Resources, where she quickly discovered her passion for developing people, empowering leaders, and driving organizational transformation.
What she loves most about her work is witnessing the moment when leaders gain a new perspective on themselves—because sustainable leadership always starts from within.

Outside of work, Pia is an enthusiastic equestrian and show jumper. She believes that horses are exceptional teachers of authentic leadership, as they respond to who we are rather than the titles we hold.
