about ruth

I once ventured on a trip to West Papua, Indonesia, to witness injections being done in one of the most remote places on earth, where no plane and no roads go. As soon as I set a goal, I will do everything in my abilities to achieve it. Currently I am putting my passion, career experience and values into creating a community for alumni relations for the University of Vienna and 10.000 alumni+ a year.

The starting point of my career was in education in Europe, where I started a Children and Youth University „Junge Uni Krems“ and managed the concept for five years. In 2009, I was awarded with a Fulbright Scholarship to enhance my education in the United States to receive my master’s degree (MPA).

For the past 15 years I have been working in fundraising management, consulting NGOS and building up fundraising departments. In addition, I have been engaged with JCI (Junge Wirtschaft/Junior Chamber International) for more than 10 years, including being a councillor on the European level.

As a networking consultant and community builder, I love to empower and support women.
