Sharna is a global communications leader with 17 years’ experience in the UK, Europe and Middle East. She has led high performing teams to deliver internal communications at global mega events COP28 UAE and Expo 2020 Dubai, as well as sectors including a global private-equity hotel/travel trade company, billion-pound pharmaceutical companies and UK Government.
She studied Communication, Culture & Media at University, starting her career in UK Government after time travelling and working in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Fiji and India.
Sharna loves her career in communications and is passionate about mentoring and supporting other to grow and thrive in their careers. As a mentor, she is looking forward to talking with other professionals who are early in their career, helping them to develop their communication, leadership and decision-making skills with confidence.
Sharna lives in Ibiza with her husband and mischievous French bulldog, Wilma.
