Sigrid Uray-Esterer has held several prominent roles throughout her career, including being the Co-Founder at the HR Tech Start up JobTwins, where she was responsible for marketing, communication and business development for a job-sharing and part-time career platform. Her experience extends to being a Category Manager, as well as being Head of Customer Service, Brand Manager and Trade Marketing Specialist in the FMCG industry. As an additional experience Sigrid spent five years in the hospitality industry in several different roles and countries.
Today, Sigrid is a self-employed expert in Communication, Personal Branding and Corporate Influencer Programs, where she is guiding individuals and organizations in enhancing their visibility and reputation. As “Comfluencerin” she delivers training and lectures on personal branding and networking, with a strong focus on digital positioning via LinkedIn.

Sigrid can assist mentees in offering guidance on Personal Branding & Social Media Strategy, helping individuals craft a compelling personal brand and maximize their impact on LinkdedIn and in offline business life. Additionally, she has expertise in various areas of business in the FMCG industry, but can also contribute her experiences in a small start up, as well as working in several positions in hospitality business.

Looking ahead, Sigrid plans to develop networking workshops focusing on women in order to build their careers proactively and creating their own strong networks.
Furthermore, she is working on creating an online course that will offer comprehensive guidance on personal branding and career development, helping individuals build their professional identities and achieve their career goals.

Sigrid holds a Mag.(FH) title in Export-Oriented Management from IMC FH Krems, which she completed in 2003. Her educational journey also includes a Hotel Management Certificate and several further trainings in the area of Social Media Marketing, Training and Coaching.

What Sigrid appreciates most about her current job is the flexibility and creativity it offers. She has the opportunity to engage with a diverse audience and create tailored content that both inspires and educates. The freedom to explore new ideas and contribute her unique voice to the industry is incredibly rewarding. She finds great satisfaction in influencing and guiding others, and in the dynamic nature of her work, which allows her to continuously learn and grow.

In addition to her professional work, Sigrid was already podcast host for a part-time career show and creator of the online blog “Mamawahrheiten” for several years. She is a passionate content creator, writer and influencer for more flexible working conditions and women empowerment.
She is also a wine and cheese enthusiast, a (hot) yoga fan and “networking aficionada”, with a strong passion for connecting people.
