Svetlana runs her own consulting company and has co-founded the startup based in Latvia. She has been active in business as manager and advisor for 25+ years. Currently committed in developing startup business, which combines technology and design for the purpose of humans’ well-being. Her experience primarily includes commercial area and financial management, solo entrepreneurship, and engagement within EU startup programs as a Mentor. She worked on a study research regarding inclusive finance. 

She achieved solid networking in different regions in Europe as well as in different verticals. Her expertise unites both B2B launching and growing businesses, leading through strategy set up for sales, product market validation, market research, business operations. She has already proven herself in leading a small team, as well as in mentor's support startup founders, also working in different markets, overcoming challenges and continuing to strive to reach her own purpose.
