about tatjana
Tatjana is a Managing Partner in South Central Ventures and has more than 15 years of experience in VC investing. She co-founded the Slovenia first VC fund in 2008 and co-founded South Central Ventures in 2015. She has been involved in over 50 invetsments in tech start-ups from across the region and holds a few board positions in portfolio companies. Apart from the investment activity her responsibilities in South Central Ventures include operations management and investor relations. Tatjana is also European Investment Council Expert and Jury Member.
Prior to her career in VC, she spent 3 years as advisor in corporate finance in Deloitte Slovenia. She acted as a Head of the Minister's office at the Slovenian Ministry of Economy and prior to that as the Operations Manager at the Research Centre of the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. As a student, she also worked as a stewardess.
She holds an MSc in Management from Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana.
Tatjana is married and is a proud mother of one daughter. She loves outdoor sports and enjoys good music and good books.
