Tjaša Bernik is a business leader with experience across procurement, category management, marketing, and brand management. She currently works as Procurement Team Leader at A1 Slovenija, leading a team responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and negotiations, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to support business goals and long-term partnerships.

Previously, she served as Head of Category Management at Merkur and as Brand Manager at Dormeo, gaining hands-on experience in brand strategy, market positioning, and campaign execution. She began her career in marketing and brand-related roles before expanding into category management and procurement.

As a mentor, Tjaša supports professionals in leadership development, strategic thinking, career transitions, negotiation skills, and building confidence and resilience. She enjoys developing people, solving complex problems, and creating win–win solutions.

She holds a degree in Economics and is a recipient of the Zois Scholarship. Outside of work, she is a mother of four, enjoys reading, travelling, art and theatre, and has a strong affinity for numbers and analytics.
