Toni’s been a mentor for the female factor since 2020 and loves to help other women grow. Her career started with a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology in the UK, and became a HR leadership journey spanning 3 countries and 20+ years. She’s worked in the UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands, for some of the world’s most respected consumer companies - including Reckitt, Cadbury, Mondelez and Jacobs Douwe Egberts. She then dove into an exciting tech scale up called Getir, which exploded the ultra fast delivery market in 9 countries. Her broad range of experience means she’s a powerful mentor and coach on topics relating to leadership, career management, personal development - and navigating male dominated environments!

Based in Amsterdam since 2015, Toni has appeared in numerous podcasts and panels, on topics ranging from Women in Leadership, to Professional Wellbeing, to Employer Branding. In 2024 she made the decision to pursue a long-held dream to start her own business, a People & Culture consultancy called The Yellow Box.

Aside from work, Toni is an avid reader, skier, scuba diver and an adventurous independent traveller - having explored everywhere from Japan to Brazil, Jordan to South Africa.
