Yuliya is an experienced Marketing and Product Director with 20 years+ of experience in the areas of telecom, e-learning, eventing and digital communication. Experienced in leading teams in cross-cultural projects and challenging business environments.

As a Marketing Director in the past and Head of Product portfolio in her current role, Yuliya managed to grow brands, company's revenue, run external communications and PR, but most important - grow and develop teams.

Her recent project was about the development and launch of an entertainment platform across 5 geo-markets ( agile team, 100 people+) and partnerships with companies like Apple, Netflix, Samsung. 
Yuliya has got a bachelor's in Economics and later received an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics. Her first job was in an Advertising Agency as a client's manager and a campaign for a Coffee Lavazza.

She became a head of Marketing at the age of 26 and since then has been responsible for marketing and new products areas in Digital Agency, e-learning start-up and 3 different telecom companies, including international telecom holding (7 European countries).

Yuliya is driven by new topics, she has an ability to structure chaos, find solutions and motivate the team for achievements. Moreover, her latest project is a lot of fun, as it is about movies and TV shows:)

Yuliya is a regular speaker on professional conferences, co-teach Agile Marketing and mentor start-up founders.

Besides work, she is also active in politics and shares the importance of mindfulness.

Yuliya was named twice (2016, 2017) best Marketing Manager in the country in the area of Communication, Culture and Entertainment (includes telecom, hospitality, art, gaming and apps)
