Having worked over 21 years in a dynamic, international FMCG environment, I learnt a lot about leadership, different cultures, diversity and always put an extra effort to support colleagues and new talents. Thus, in the last 10 years I have always been a mentor, and enjoyed it very much, learning myself along this journey.

Now I lead Out-of-Home team at Coca-Cola HBC Austria GmbH, have a pleasure to be a mentor for 2 colleagues, and strive every day to shape tomorrow according to my personal and company values.
